Termination

We can shut off your access whenever we want, no warning, no explanation needed. Breaking these Terms is one reason, but we don't need a reason. Once that happens, you can't use the Service anymore.

Whatever happens, our liability is capped at what you actually paid us through the Service. If you never bought anything, that's a hundred bucks. That's it. Crystalmarket comes to you as-is, with whatever problems it has. We're not making any promises about it. No warranty, express or implied, that it's fit for what you want it for, that it's accurate, that it works without errors, or anything else. The Service might go down. Information might be wrong. It could have viruses or malware. We're not saying any of that won't happen.

Governing Law & Disputes Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Washington, United States, without getting into conflict-of-law stuff. Other local, state, national, or international laws might apply too depending on where you are. If you have a problem with the Service, try talking to us about it first before going legal.

Compliance & Regulations

EU consumers get the benefit of mandatory consumer protection laws in your country. That's just how it works. If you're in the US, you're confirming that you're not in a country under embargo and you're not on any government list of people we can't do business with.

Severability and Waiver

If one part of these Terms can't be enforced, we'll fix it or interpret it so it works as best as possible. Everything else stays in place. Not using a right doesn't mean we give up that right later, and letting one thing slide doesn't mean we're okay with the next thing.

If we translated these Terms, the English version wins if there's a disagreement. We can change these Terms whenever we want. If it's a big change, we'll give you notice before it takes effect.
